At Digivizi, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which you may request cancellations or refunds. By purchasing and using our services, you agree to this policy.


1. Subscription & Payment

  • Digivizi services may be offered as free or paid subscriptions.
  • Paid services are billed in advance (monthly, yearly, or custom plans).
  • All prices are clearly mentioned before checkout.


2. Cancellations

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings or by contacting our support team.
  • Once cancelled, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Cancellation requests made after the billing date will not affect the current subscription term.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

  • If you are charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our platform.
  • If services are not delivered as promised due to a fault from Digivizi’s side.
  • If you face critical technical issues that prevent you from using the service (and our support team is unable to resolve them within 7 business days).

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • User error (wrong plan selected, unused subscription time).
  • Services disrupted due to third-party providers (internet, device, or network issues).
  • Promotional/discounted plans, unless legally required.


4. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase/payment date.
  • To request a refund, email us at support@digivizi.com with your order details.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.


5. Trial & Demo Services

  • If Digivizi offers free trials or demo plans, users are encouraged to try them before purchasing.
  • Once upgraded to a paid plan, standard refund rules apply.


6. Service Termination

  • If Digivizi suspends or terminates a user account for violating our Terms & Conditions, no refunds will be provided.


7. Policy Changes

We may update or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
